Lwandiso has vast electrical engineering experience, spanning 21 years in a variety of roles and industries with specialties in Automation, Motor-controls and Medium-Voltage switch-gear. At Lithendo, Lwandiso is charged with both strategic as well as operational responsibilities ensuring business growth and sustainability.
PK has been in the electrical maintenance and automation field for the past 26 years with experience mainly in managing electrical installations within water distribution and sanitation markets. Pk is a qualified electrical artisan. At Lithendo, Pk is in charge of leading a team in charge of controls and automation projects on behalf of our customers.
Howard is a qualified Master Electrician with 30 years of electrical experience. For 24 years of his career, Howard has been leading compliance audits repairs and installations of electrical components within hazardous installation in a variety of industries such as Nuclear, Petrochemicals and HV electrical distribution. At Lithendo, Howard is charged with a responsibility of leading a team of Hazardous Installation Inspectors assisting our customers maintain statutory compliance of Ex installations.
Nontando graduated from Unisa with a BCom Law degree and is currently pursuing an LLB degree. She has 12 years of operational experience gained from various industries ranging from Municipalities and the Financial sector. At Lithendo, Nontando is tasked with managing both operational and business risk through implementation of robust operational system.
She holds an Honours Degree in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA), coupled with over 4 years working experience. At Lithendo Projects she continues to play a significant role in creating the highest level of standardization within the organization, her core functions involve the drafting of policies, reports, processes and procedures which align with set regulations & legislation's and enforces compliance.
Noxolo is in possession of a B-Tech Degree in Public Management. Her 4 years of experience within the legal field provides her with much-needed technical know-how to handle challenges within the support roles. At Lithendo, Noxolo operates in the administrative and front-of-house roles providing needed support to our technical teams.
